Our journey in employee engagement began with regular attrition reviews, revealing common reasons for departures like personal factors, better opportunities, salary, and relocation. Initially, addressing these issues seemed futile due to a lack of actionable outcomes.
However, we suspected deeper reasons behind these departures. We identified a flawed methodology in exit interviews, which often felt cursory, highlighting the need for a more comprehensive understanding of employees’ perspectives. Motivated by this insight, we conducted extensive research, ultimately leading to the creation of AceNgage.
